Heh, no, I think genetic engineering to improve people cannot be stopped, but I do think that we will end up with a two tier system, where the rich and powerful get genetic enhancements while the ordinary folk get genetic health improvements that also come with tweaking to remove rebelliousness and insert docility and an eager to please demeanor, and a tail that wags.
