James Pond on Amiga 600!
My sister's boyfriend at the time just got a ps1, so he gave me his Amiga and a huge stack of floppy discs. I probably only played 10% of them!
I recently asked my mum what happened to the console, but neither of us know.
That was around 1998 if I remember correctly so I was around 6 or 7. Man I'll never forget how much joy that console brought me.

My earliest gaming memory would be watching my dad play games like B17 Bomber on his Intellivision. While I remember trying to play the Intellivision myself, I was too young to actually comprehend the goals of the games and just moved around and died. My first real experience with gaming where I could actually play the game would be when I got an NES in the early 90's playing Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt.

Tecmo Bowl with my brother. This mother fucker... first of all, he ALWAYS chose the god damn Dallas Cowboys which if you ever played Tecmo Bowl you will know that Dallas is so overpowered it's broken. Then if I ever came close to winning, he would turn the system off and say it didn't count.

Probably most of them from the Sega Master system in the late 80s.
1st RPG was a game called Miracle Warriors, very basic in what you got to see and do, but I still remember the main theme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRoBMXRpHKI
Tetris when it 1st came out in 89, same year my brother was born. Several gameboys died for various reasons due to that game. One was sheer anger >.>
Penguin Land was another MS game, involved playing a penguin trying to get an egg to the safe zone at the bottom of the map, drop-down style.
Sidescroller called Rastan, very probably a Conan rip-off/inspiration.
Afterburner, think very early Air/Ace Combat game.
Kung Fu Kid: side scrolling martial arts game with various levels and a boss at the end, apart from one level which was entirely boss fight after boss fight in connecting rooms. One of them, an old man would just jump around the whole place and was a PITA.
Quick mention to http://videogamecritic.com/masterindex.htm which helped me remember a few details of the games I thought of.

Mortal Kombat on PC.
First game I remember beating multiple times was Heart of Darkness on PC and PS1.

NFS2SE. I remember going to a local Internet Cafe and watching other people playing, but the owner wouldn't let people just watch.
