My very first memory of video games is sitting on the living room floor with my parents playing The Legend of Zelda and the Mario/Duck Hunt/World Class Track Meet combo cart. - I'm 26.

Playing Super Mario Bros on NES. It blew my mind.

Original smash bros on N64. Still play it when I'm pretty trashed sometimes.

Donkey Kong County 2. I remember being convinced that somehow when Kudgel mad the screen shake that the whole TV was in fact shaking. I put things on top of the TV so they would fall off when he shook it. Even after they didn't I still though he was shaking it somehow,

Not exactly earliest but I remember when I got the N64 and played Mario Kart for the first time. The graphics completely blew my mind. I haven't felt that way since about any other gaming systems. :(

I feel like I missed out on the N64. People always have great memories of it, and I barely ever played one.

For me it was huge. Going from the faux 3D world to an actual 3D world was a big change.

My Nana had a SNES and I used to play Mario on it. My only memory of my Nana is her coming in from the garage and saying "Don't sit so close, you'll go blind"

She died when I was 4.
