My family was lent an Atari 2600. My mother, brother and father played pitfall and some pacman style game, I had more fun pulling the connections out at the back, touching them together and making them spark (I was 3).

My first proper gaming experience was when my brother and I were given a Sega Megadrive 2 (Genesis) for christmas with Captain planet. I recently picked up a SM2 with captain planet, but it just doesn't live up to the nostalgia.

Bubble Bobble with my friend. Don't think it was my first memory, but it's one of my most vivid I suppose.

Probably a really old and obscure DOS game, or one of the standard games bundled with Windows 3.1. I remember playing games like Hocus Pocus, Duke Nukem 1, Commander Keen 1, Day of the Tentacle, etc. Basically the games that used to be on the large floppy disks.

I remember playing Diddy Kong Racing and Super Mario 64 when I was a little.

Sam and Ed on Commodore 64. My older brothers wouldn't let me play, so I would sneak into the computer room and fire it up when they were gone. I remembered it looking so much better in my head. That damn song still plays in my dreams sometimes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXCxM4HAPsk
