I guess my earliest gaming memory would be when my dad, sister and I were sat around the SNES attempting to complete a Zelda game (unsure what one) - I remember we spent hours on that game, still unsure whether we ever completed it.

Very earliest would be Bomber on the sinclair zx81, lot's of commodore after that (vic-20, 64 and Amiga 500+)
Can't beat a bit ofJetpac, Battlezone, 1942, elite, Treasure Island Dizzy, Ninja Gaiden, monkey islsnd etc.
I had all my tape load times on the cassette cases for the vic / 64....that feeling when the counter went above the normal load time and you gave up, had to rewind and try again.
And now I get annoyed at install times and patches / updates.

Super Monkey Ball 2 on the Gamecube, or specifically, monkey target. For the uninitiated, monkey target makes no sense as a videogame.
It was a rough start.
Mario Game Gallery is the first game I ever "beat", but I recall my brother not letting me play A Link to the Past, very faintly. (I was only able to play games at school due to being a young child who had to wait until big brother got off the console, which was never. I had to buy his 64 from him before I could really play games to my heart's content.)

Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
First time I saw a video game was at a friend's house during his birthday party when we were 6. I was FLOORED. Still love it today.
