Coming home from elementary school, firing up my PSOne, and playing a long ass session of Spyro.
I loved it when I would come home as well and my father would tell me what kind of progress he made on Spyro while I was at school. Father of the year award right there.

I remember my dad bringing home an Atari for my brother's birthday and begging to play Pitfall for months afterwards.
Sitting in the floor in the bedroom my brother and I shared back when we loved in a less than savory part of town, about three years old playing Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on the genesis. I remember us putting all of our silly misguided hopes in the 32x for our gaming future up until we got Tomb Raider on the PlayStation.
I also remember playing Super Mario and duck hunt on the NES with my mom, but I'm not quite sure when that was.

Walking into my aunt's house when I was like...six? And being told, here's a NES, here's a Master System. Pick one. Like a chump, I picked the Master System and my aunt got years of Mario fun.
