Playing Ocarina of Time and having my brother beat the deku tree boss for me. I have since surpassed my brother in video game skill, but it's humbling to think at one point I depended on someone else.

I took apart my older sister's Gameboy (cause I was that kid that took everything apart; Walkman, TV, VCR, etc.) and hid the different parts all over the house because she wouldn't let me play Tetris. That and Doom on Windows 95.

I remember messing up my older brother's save of either dragon quest or ff and getting bitched out since it belonged to a friend of his. Also, getting lost in Norfair in Metroid a lot. I think I once sat down to watch my brother play all "pshh you think you can play this game? It's a labyrinth dude it's impossible" then leaving for a bit. When i came back, he was escaping tourian. I was pissed and amazed.
