Other than some really old floppy's my dad had from working at Taco Bell from the late-90s or early 00s, the earliest games I played were from RealArcade. Games like Insaniquarium, Gruntz, Hamster Ball (I beat it btw, best win I ever experienced :D).
There's also a game I played, a click-adventure game of a boy and his companion (bear?) on an island after they landed on it. Can't remember the name, but that was my favorite game after I beat it :')

that largely depends on what is classified as gaming; if we are to be liberal with this definition id say tamagatchi, but if we want to get more purist then the answer would either be pokemon red or phalanx(i cant rightly remember with one came first)

Coming home from elementary school, firing up my PSOne, and playing a long ass session of Spyro.
I loved it when I would come home as well and my father would tell me what kind of progress he made on Spyro while I was at school. Father of the year award right there.
