Snake and Pong.

Played both on a "computer." The ones with big soft floppy drives, on IBM. Beep beep beep.

My mother (who was a true old school gamer) really wanted an Atari 2600,which was popular at the time. I had no idea what that even was but we went to the store and she got one.

We got home and she set it up and her and I took turns playing Pitfall. I must've been about 4.

Pac Man on the Atari 2600, 1984. The day we got a Nintendo the month after it came out was an epic moment. Mario Brothers, 1942, Top Gun and Mike Tyson's Punch Out were frustrating but wonderful days.

Forgot about Pitfall around the same time on an ancient computer. Not sure which came first though. I was 5 or 6 at the time.

I remember playing the Atari 2600 in the early 80's. Me and my dad would play pacman and asteroids every day. He was in the navy and was able to get the games really cheap. I really miss those days.
