Careful what you wish for shitlord. Any standardized public school program will be turned into some bullshit political game.
Sex ed introduced -> promptly turned into abstinence only despite irrefutable objective evidence that clearly showed reality based sex ed is much more beneficial
D.A.R.E. introduced -> okay well dare was just shit from the start and remained shitty. It was a political tactic deployed to make it seem like the war on drugs wasn't a waste of trillions of dollars lol. I'm pretty sure it's still used by some schools, again this is despite irrefutable objective evidence that the program increases drug use.
You can bet your skinny healthy ass the food giants would be lining some politicians pockets to make sure sugary cereal and beetusjuice is included in the curriculum as healthy options.

While I agree that there should be health and nutrition classes in school, the crux of the problem is when that child goes home. If they have parents that don't give a shit and make sure the house is always stocked with pizza rolls, ice cream, etc. in never ending supply, then that child doesn't have a chance.

If you're talking about USA, it's because fatasses have become a majority. Imagine how much damage a small minority of REEing morons can do to society with their complaints and demands, let alone as a majority.
