Almost any major city will have pockets or sections of surprisingly old infrastructure. In the western US, a lot of places don't rebuild until they absolutely have to.
I have been given insulators from Seattle that go back to the WWI era and were only recently taken out of service. While there is an effort underway to update the system, there are still poles dating back to WWII all over the place.

Yeah I suppose so, here in Vancouver they've been replacing water and sewage pipes from the 1910s/1920s for the past decade.
