Sounds like this is more of a law to address the growing problems of polygamy that is being imported into Germany (and other parts of Europe).

There is the easy solution, everyone name Heiko Maas as the Father.

Well, At least its an attempt at movement in the right direction. It still needs quite a bit of work, but its better than no rights to the sham father.

This is slightly uplifting news given the awful way men are treated in France as pertaining to paternity.

The pertinent question is, what does this story fail to expand upon and explain? Why is an adjustment to present law necessary? What unacceptable situation presently exists that demands immediate correction?
Behold, in all its ugliness, the legal brutality which has been inflicted upon the ethnic people of Germany. This is only the surface. Know your sins.

the 'sham father' has a right to get back the child support, he paid, from the real father. A right he can't exercise without knowing his name.

Only if he was forced to pay by the court system. If he signs the birth certificate or gives the mother money for the kids without the courts demanding it then tough shit. I don't mind some protection for guys but not total protection for fools who think they can buy a woman's love by taking care of kids that are not his. I do not have sympathy for gullible people who ignore all the warning signs and obvious lies.

Whatever dude. He should get the money back from the mother and she can sort the rest out as she knows who the father really is.
It is a simple case of lying whore syndrome known the world over for centuries.

Germany to force women to name biological father of 'cuckoo children'
'Women in Germany could be forced to reveal the names of the biological fathers of their children under a proposed new law. '
'The controversial measure will force women to divulge acts of adultery or infidelity during a relationship. '
'It has already been dubbed the “Cuckoo Kids’ Law” by the German press, after the German phrase for children concieved in adultery, Kuckuckskindern — the equivalent of “milkmen’s kids” in English. ', "Heiko Maas, the justice minister, said the law, which will be presented to Angela Merkel's cabinet on Wednesday, would make it easier to resolve who was responsible for paying child support."

And how should somebody proof that there is someone she has to name? You can still not force an DNA test...
