I find it difficult to believe it's just half, considering she's responsible for an actual crisis on a continental level. It makes me wonder how bad the alternatives must be.

Meet a German and see how far their naivete goes. It's a lot like most Americans.

Indoctrination might be a better word.

Germans are as domesticated and psychologically controlled as any slave race in history.

No doubt they skewed the poll in favour of people they thought would support the stupid cow.

There are a lot of Germans who think that Germans still need to be punished for WWII, thus they think it's "paying penance" to import Muslims to rape and murder the evil white Germans.

Commentary: Although it would be easy to explain Merkel's decreasing popularity based on the refugee crisis and her "Welcome Politics" alone, it should be kept in mind that many Germans also are simply becoming tired of "Mutti" (or 'Mommy' as some sarcastically refer to Merkel) after three terms in office. In particular, Merkel's critics argue that she very rarely takes the initiative, preferring to wait until all potential effects of a political actions become apparent, and she likewise has a tendency to simply wait out politicial incidents based on her or her party, the Center-Right Christian Democrats.

Another thing to reconsider is that, as banal as it may sound, half of Germany opposing a fourth term of Merkel in office also means that roughly the other half of the Germans would welcome it, despite of the heavy flak the chancellor has taken in the recent months.

That's not how polling works, less than half welcome it, the rest don't know or care. Actually less than half welcome it anyway since it's 48%, and there's varying degrees in those 48%.

Hey! How about term limits…………….or are the Germans as stupid as we are and allow the ones making the laws to exclude the very law that would stop what they do on a regular basis, fuck the people.

Violence is all that we have left. The political process is broken. Our voices are ignored (and actively suppressed) by our artificially democratic institutions. We must force them to respect the voice of the majority, or else we should lay down and die. We are being suppressed and slandered, everywhere. Online, offline, in the news, on the radio, in written publications. 'The Powers That Be' are organized against a popular revolt. Europeans are being smothered. Shall we go quietly into oblivion? What have we to lose at this point in time? If we do not rise up and fight, they will slowly and completely crush us under the boot of multiculturalism.

In November, the last time Bild am Sonntag commissioned a survey on the issue, 45 percent had been in favor of Merkel serving a fourth term, with 48 percent against.

And the remaining 7% don't know if they'll live through another shitshow for the 4th time in a row.
