Most common symptom would be doing unwise Parkour stunts in dangerous places or general recklessness and hurting yourself. Other symptoms include inflammation of the brain, slurred speech, the inability to convince your friends this is a good idea, not wearing a condom and being an asshole.

Death by falling off high things and getting hit by cars.

It would turn the host into ehh a moral less but extremely skilled person. The host will kill people with no mercy and manipulate the public using its technical expertise. (TlDR next generation hacker disease is a good disease.)

10/10 question, OP. Great job.

Mine would be a parasite that gets in through your ear and makes you headbang uncontrollably. It would, of course, be called Wormrot

(For those unaware, my username is in reference to grindcore)

Deadly infectious sexually transmitted disease. The Harzso starts out with paprika colored sores all over the body that fucking hurt. All of the sudden you're being followed by gypsies much like uncut dogs following a bitch in heat. They believe the sores help produce more potent potions. So before you know it, they got you tied down to a bed in an RV that's driving to some unknown destination as the hideous female gypsies scrape your many sores raw with a rusty knife. If left untreated, much like syphilis it rots your brain.

The same as normal fictional zombies, but they also explode; killing and/or infecting others.
