Yeah, I was taken aback. My previous gym had disabled kids as customers and they were able to at least lift something! Not being able to get your glutes to push 5lbs, for real? I'm honestly hoping for DOMS to discourage it from returning, but I don't even believe it worked hard enough to feel sore the next day.

the one closest had to be 300lb- going 2.5 mph- So, I'm thinking, "that's no way to get in shape- need to put in some effort"..and she checks her heart rate- its 153. She's taking a stroll- mine wouldn't even be triple digits.

I don't know, have you tried to jog that slow? It takes a serious effort. I tried a couple times and it's like fighting my body's urge to go faster.

But, yeah, that bitch is only killing itself faster in that treadmill. When they're that fat, they should put the fork down and lose at least 50 lbs before attempting to go out.

Whoa, I've never thought through this point of view, that it might be hard but not heart-demanding. So, if they're having trouble oxigenating at that speed, this means they're basically... disabled? It's even worse: they're a fucking biohazard! If any effort can get their oversized myocardium to 150bpm, they could have a heart attack at any moment and kill someone in their landing zone!
