Nailed it. I'll never forget the 600 lb. woman I and another nursing student were told to assist a CNA with. Cleaning her shitty fat ass and trying to change the sheets. She told the poor CNA that she had made a "boo boo" in the bed. It was worse than if a Clydesdale had shit the bed. That fukn CNA had nerves of steel. I rolled her around while the other student assisted the CNA trying to clean her. Getting clean sheets on the bed was almost impossible. We kept finding more shit. While this was going on she was loudly berating us saying that we werent being gentle. Then she, and this is not an exaggeration, got on the phone to the kitchen to bitch about the food. The bathroom was literally 8 ft. away and she couldnt drag her ENORMOUS shitty ass to the toilet or a shower. This was years ago. I take comfort in the fact that she is most assuredly dead now.

Maybe we need bariatric hospitals that will provide what these fat sows NEED than what they want and their complaints and patient sanctification scores won't matter because obeasts will always complain and bitch and one-star everything because they didn't get their sugahs, food, and beetus drinks.

Wow, I didn't even know that existed. I've been a patient for years and years so I have to wonder if this is an American thing? I mean for one thing I would never bitch about the people caring for me. How rude!

I love nurses. You guys have the highest tolerance for the worst in people and can usually do it with a smile. It's so sad to see many nurses get back injuries from these fat asses. Is it hard for you to transfer to a different unit? Like maybe maternity ward or NICU?
[–] shitlordnurse [S] 0 points 16 points 16 points (+16|-0) ago
Maternity ward is full of obeasts too, and most of their suffering babies end up in NICU. And I love cardiology and geriatrics so.... I just got to stick this out another 4 years till I have my DNP and can work as a nurse practitioner.
[–] momdadibrokethevase 0 points 9 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago
Geriatrics would be a good specialty for shitlords, because very few fat fucks even make it that far.

Sounds great! :) good luck to you and your endeavors! Four more years to go!

My heart goes out to nurses. Having to pander to hyper-demanding, insane deathfats is about as bad a career prospect as I can imagine. Glad to hear you’re working on your DNP, because the only way out of the pit is by climbing up--kind of like in “The Dark Knight Rises”, except your Bane is the deathfats. In the meantime, is there any chance that working as an OR nurse could get you away from deathfat babysitting and asswiping?

Sounds like an introductory story you'd use when asking for a grant to put all fats out of their misery once and for all.

Really, dear rude everyone who goes into a hospital - everyone hates you. It's not a hotel, and people aren't being payed to pamper you or allow you to exist like some kind of whining toddler. They're being paid to treat your illness. Sympathy for anyone acting like a spoiled baby because of a minor injury or illness goes away after you see a few people suffering from insane injuries that you can't believe people could live through still acting like respectful members of society.
I mean I've seen what happens when a horse falls on top of a teenage girl. I've seen what happens when people catch on fire for extended periods of time. I've seen more people die in a year than most will in their life. I've seen a child dying because of their parents stupid ass religious beliefs with a giant sign on the door telling us that saving the kid's life is considered an ethical violation compared to letting the kid die. It really takes away from any concern over some fat fuck with a sore toe or headache or something crying because their meal is actual healthy food instead of fried crap - in a HOSPITAL!

Why did you have to post this before I went to bed. And im on Chantix. Im going to have nightmares from hell thinking about a yeasty-fold monster now. Fuck.
[–] shitlordnurse [S] 0 points 13 points 13 points (+13|-0) ago
I'd feel bad, but then I remember I'm the one who has to actually look at, touch, and smell these yeasty gunts at my job everyday. :p

Here's something scary about those patient satisfaction scores -- those stupid Press-Ganey surveys are now being e-mailed to patients instead of just being sent by postal mail. No longer do you need to make 2 trips to the mailbox to make your opinion known.

also...
Dear fat medical staff,
Your thin patients hate you and probably fear your wilful incompetence.
That is all.

and your coworkers are sick of picking up your slack.
