Even though if you ignore the criminal intent, just aging sensors on older models will give problems when they start to break down.

Well to be honest, if I see you coming with a Tesla, I will force myself in front of you knowing that you will stop anyway to get ahead of the cue.

The danger is that kids will also jump in front of the Tesla just for fun, knowing that it won't hit them.
