Tell her with a note that says "BYE, FATTY!"
[–] CaptainJeanLucPicard 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago (edited ago)
I did some quick math, and 170lbs is over half a million calories.
Assuming, a 100calorie per mile burn rate, she would have to run from NY to LA and back again to burn all that off. Hahaha, good luck with that! l!
[–] Melbourne43 0 points 5 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago
612,500 calories too many. But over 4 years that equates to only an additional 400 calories/day, a small snack really. This just proves that these idiots who talk about not weighing yourself are doing harm. You only maintain what you measure.
[–] ThinBlondeBeast 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
More than that. Other than regular intense exercise, nothing makes your energy expenditure shoot up like getting bigger. I bulk/cut, when I am at 170 lbs. my energy expenditure is around 27 to 2800 calories. When I am at 200 lbs. it is closer to 4000, keeping exercise the same.
Make no mistake about it. You will gain some weight eating an extra 400 calories a day for sure. But to get as fat as these fucks who weigh the same as 2 or 3 people, you need to gorge on inhuman amounts of food.
[–] Carsandsarcasm 0 points 9 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago
He married one person and now she's two people. She's technically cheating on him, right in his face, with food. But he has to be sensitive because it's fat we're talking about, not any other terrible choice.
[–] hulkingmanbeast 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
Sadly she's not two separate hot people :(
[–] WhiteTigerScream ago
Yeah if I'm gonna be fucking 310 pounds it had better be 3 asian chicks.
[–] 32DDbitches 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago (edited ago)
Well put, Cars. She is cheating and he's suffering for it. And at that weight, she's two fat women's worth of people.

I love how fats act like you can't eat anything but celery in order to lose weight. They frame calorie restriction as if it was calorie denial. But when this thing gains 170 lbs in 4 years they say, 'well, that is only 400 calories a day of overeating.'
[–] invisiblecalories 0 points 8 points 8 points (+8|-0) ago
I'd rather enjoy my life than live off two almonds and a slice of air teehee.
I had an ice cream sandwich and non-pareils for breakfast because I felt like it. I'm so deprived!

How the bloody Hell does one literally more than double their size and not think: "wow I am a fat piece of shit"
[–] ButtarGollum 2 points 2 points 4 points (+4|-2) ago
Extra extra! Read all about it! Beta fuck lacks the balls to tell his wife to get fit or fuck off!
I always laugh when I read these... like... how can you be so weak?
Yeah he should totally just get divorce raped. /s
[–] ButtarGollum ago
I suppose. Good thing obesity is eventually self correcting in that the fatty eventually dies. As it stands, buddy has maybe 3 or 4 options here. Tell her to lose weight and she does. Tell her to lose weight and she wants a divorce because fee fees. Live with her and eventually be miserable once you realize you will be breaking your back caring for this gluttonous pig and your kids. There's not many choices in this situation, because you know the ham isn't going to go for option 1 if she's put on 170lbs in 4 years, she's already gone full ham logic retarded.

"Lose the weight or lose the husband".
That's how. It'll call you shallow and REEEEE a lot, but as a matter of fact, this person is not the woman you once have married anyways (both in volume as well as in attitude).
[–] Shitlord2016 0 points 16 points 16 points (+16|-0) ago
I'm honestly surprised that no one has told him that she's perfectly healthy at that size yet. If you have gained 170 pounds in 4 years you need to have your feelings hurt. They need to be hurt really bad, so that maybe you hate yourself enough to change.
Why do you think I work out six days a week and track everything that goes into my mouth? I hate my body and demand perfection from it. I can always find 5-6 things to work on. I think it's healthy to have a certain amount of disdain for your body, otherwise you become complacent and fat.
[–] fruitsmacks 0 points 14 points 14 points (+14|-0) ago
you don't need to hate your body to constantly demand more and better from it. Whatever works for you though. I love my body that is why I maintain and improve it every day of my life and show it the respect it deserves as the only earthly container i'll ever have.
[–] 32DDbitches 0 points 5 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago
I don't think that was the literal point of the comment, but I definitely agree with you.
About two months ago, I injured my left arm. I couldn't bend it enough to put my hair up, or do much of anything for about two days. I was so mad at my arm for not doing all the simple things it had always done before! Imagine, killing off parts of yourself. Losing your functions and mobility all because of a desperate desire to overeat. Choosing food over mobility, in every sense. It's an epidemic and I'm perplexed as to why so many choose this wretched lifestyle.
[–] Melbourne43 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago (edited ago)
That's surprising to me and interesting how different feelings drive us. I love my body, I marvel at its abilities and want to thank it for looking after me by treating it right and not abusing it. I mostly don't track what I put in it, although I do weigh and chart it. If I hit a certain weight (79 kgs, 174 lbs) I track what goes into it and ramp up the cardio until I'm back down to 76 kgs.
Of course, vanity is a huge motivator, I realise I'm much more attractive when my body's in shape and I want to leverage that. I'm not sure I could manage to be 'always on' like you seem to be. You're probably in better shape than me though so I suppose it's a spectrum all the way from this fat dollop to guys that are perfect physical specimens. I know which end of the curve I'd rather be at.
[–] 32DDbitches 0 points 7 points 7 points (+7|-0) ago
So much with the vanity. Sorry if some find that offensive, but I am already old, which I cannot fix. However, my body doesn't have to suffer for it. I refuse to let myself go. I will not buy bigger and bigger clothes! No! Am I buff? No, not really. Do I look good in my clothes? I think so. My BF thinks I'm hot as hell and his physical reaction makes me pretty sure he's being honest. I cannot imagine choosing food instead. No food on the planet is that good! None of it is worth being fat. Nothing, in fact, is worth being fat. Especially to the point of obesity. Christ. I just don't get it. And I'm glad of it.
[–] Shitlord2016 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Maybe I'm just fucked up mentally. Who knows. Maybe I wasn't told I'm a special snowflake enough times as a kid. It works for me though.
However. these fatties need a lot less acceptance and love and a lot more self loathing.
[–] mystic_chihuahua 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
One of the comments-
There would've been a ton of REEEEing about how the wife's weight is fine if r/relationships had allowed this post. Obviously, a mod got all triggered and told him to get help elsewhere.
[–] SUPREME_SHITLORD ago
Yeah dude my SO gained 5 pounds in like 3 months and it started bothering the shit out of me so I shitlorded him DAILY until he started going to the gym. 5 pounds may not be much but had I let that shit slide 5 turns to 10, 10 turns to 20 and so on til you reach 170 pounds like this pig. No matter how much the weight gain is, if you let that shit go for a second, your SO will think its okay to gain weight and turn into a fuckin behemoth
