The president does not work alone. He has an army of staff.
That said, a vote for Trump is a vote of 'no confidence' in the current system, and a far better use of 4 years than an establishment politician would be capable of.

my position is simply this: everything that Trump could ever do is nothing compared to what Hillary has already done. i put no faith in Trump to fix the problems of this country. we are trying to send a message joker style far better to burn the world then to keep supporting evil with silence.
As for the suggestion that he didn't answer the question about media bias: exactly what response would you have preferred? "As President I will personally haul the Presidents of NBC, ABC, CNN, and Fox into the Oval Office, behead them, and piss on their bleeding, twitching corpses?" Trump is dead-on right: new media is a great way to get the truth out.
One thing people are missing about this election cycle is that the real losers are the mainstream media. At this point, no matter who wins, they will be tagged forever as being utterly corrupt, bodies that cannot be trusted, bodies that demonstrably can be influenced with the right story or the right incentive. Trump doesn't need to do much about media corruption because the media is falling over itself to tear itself to pieces.
As to how he plans to make sure the election isn't stolen by voter fraud: any answer he gives here other than what he did would have been used against him. If he says he'll install security teams to make sure vote counts are made properly, he's accused of voter intimidation. If he spells out any covert means he has in mind to make sure votes don't disappear, letting people know what those measures are is as stupid as phoning Bin Laden ahead of the SEAL team to say they're coming. And when it gets down to it, he can't do much proactive to stop voter fraud: if it happens he has to apply through the judicial system for relief.

He's deflecting, don't be an idiot. I can't tell him what to say. But I would like to hear something along the lines of "I will work with congress to make sure that political parties are not allowed to offer anything to journalist or the owners of said companies. Their job is to remain impartial."
Yes HE DOES. IF he is going to be president, he needs to stop corruption at the source. In 4 years everyone will forget this election cycle, just like every other time.
He could have easily said "I don't have the answer just yet, but me and my team are working on it." OR "I am hiring lawyers to look into and fight any evidence of voter fraud." Instead, he gives a shit answer. He can have ANSWERS AND PLANS, if not, he's the same as the other side, just saying shit without a plan or backing it up. He may be a LITTLE different than most candidates, but he's avoiding answers to real questions from American voters, that is a problem already.

he's given more 'off the teleprompter' speeches than any other candidate ever. most are short and sweet (30-45 minutes), they will give you some of the best info. during the primary season, candidates are pushing more right or left to their base, after the primary they make a rapid move towards the center.
one of his only speeches where he attacks hillary and hilights their major differences https://youtu.be/xUW2-MUonbo
most recent with an opener from Pence https://youtu.be/DKosjHQU0KM

As far as I am concerned, I'd rather have Trump burn the fucker to the ground than put Hillary on the throne. There will be enough checks and balances to prevent him from actually doing anything too dramatic. Hillary on the other hand is a slick willy that has been getting away with murder for decades including killing millions of innocent civilians in other countries, for the sake of fucking blood money donations to the clinton foundation. She's the epitome of evil and even if Trump were incompetent we'd be better off than with Hillary.
Having said that, if you can't stomach the D or R there are third party candidates. Both establishment parties are full of shit and their duopoly needs to be broken.

I expect that there's no truth whatsoever in presidential candidates' promises and rhetoric. In fact, I doubt many people believe any of the things they say. Does it really matter what they say the specific details to their plans are, if I have no reason to believe them? Politicians are liars.
So do I trust Trump and what he says his plans are? He's not really a politician, but he's up against someone that I am certain not to trust. Even if it's just a miniscule chance that Trump will make good on his promises, it's still infinitely more than I trust Hillary. (the same went for most of his rivals in the primary as well)
This is why he doesn't really need to campaign really hard on details. He's in an arena where no one believes them anyway, so why try to convince people who aren't going to believe you?
We want solutions, to be honest he promises some of them. But we're convinced that his opponent (and previous opponents) have no interest in solving the problems that our government has been supposed to solve for 20+ years. Take the Scott Adams "master persuader" theory all you want, but the environment of a total lack of trust in anyone he could be facing makes it work. Because of that, all he has to do is persuade people that he's not as bad as Hillary. (or, have WikiLeaks prove it for him)
