And that's why we should base their success and budgets off of amount of income collected from tax evaders and not on number of tax evaders caught e.g. seizing 1.5 billion from 1 person or comany rather than seizing 45 million in assets from 65000 people .

Problem there is then they would have to all at all the other fraudulent churches, and define what a fraudulent church is. You might find that the church some Congressmen attend fall in that category and that is a pile of shit no one wants to step into.
