Fbb has had some serious advantages in this, compared to most fatties going on a weight loss and lifestyle change. The butcher is amazing and has our stuff preportioned and weighed out in separate bags waiting for us when we get there, and since fbb speaks arabic he gets him to do stuff like give me 3 lbs of lamb for 10 dollars and a bonus portion of veal (bomb stew by the way and it lasts me most the week, just add in veges to taste) once we got over the initial hump fbb's stubbornness and competitiveness kicked in along with former military (and.. lifestyle) level of discipline which is how I think he keeps himself on track with little to no issues. Like I've said a bunch I'm literally just an observer and reporter for the most part nowadays. Also our job allows for silly stunts like him wandering off to lift stuff when bored, and getting ahold of stuff like a 1200 dollar bike for 150 ot so (we held off on the power rack Sunday because he made a phone call and we are just going to grab some gift cards from work for 75 percent and save about 100 bucks on the rack. But at the core of it is cico and fbb being a former shitlord I think. And as he lamented about in one of his okc trollings the loss of two inches off his dick he lost to fat pad. He used to be rather vain and proud of himself and.. that. I think the quote he used was eight is great but ten is so much better.

Which isn't to say fatties can't lose weight, it's simple cico, just they shouldn't read fbbs story and expect to lose it at his rate with what sounds like little effort and they would likely hurt themselves in the process. I do somewhat gloss over the fact that he wakes up at around 5 am every day to get started on all this and has at times thrown up during lifting and the pain and fatigue he had at first.
