I'm sure it has happened somewhere in the universe, but being forcibly sexually assaulted by females is so statistically rare as to be absurd to discuss, let alone legislate. I'd further suggest that such a crime would be sexual assault, felonious assault, or molestation, as opposed to rape.
Which is exactly how rape against women was treated -- dismissed, derieded, reclassified -- until people began to highlight precisely how big of a problem it actually is. Now, you'd be a fool to say such things about "rape" as you define it. Rest assured, though, it does happen. And frankly, perpetuating myths about the subject, regardless of your personal beliefs, puts you squarely on the wrong side of history.
