The biggest surprise here is that Turkey even has ham radio licenses.

I think this is a just a test bed to try out some new technologies so that the suppression of the populace can go worldwide.

I think populism is threatening globalist agenda.

where globalism had it's slow and steady path, they fucked up:

  1. they didn't go slow enough with immigration and race mixing. If they had done it slowly, no one would have complained.

  2. They are behaving in public like whiney babies when populist movements show up. People see this, and are becoming aware of the threat that was always there, but was moving slow enough to ignore.

I think a large series of coups/power changes are inevitable now. The countries where force is more socially acceptable will see large scale violence like turkey.

You know shit is about to go down when the hams get squelched. I hope these guys only lost their licenses and not their equipment. Hams have played critical roles in reporting the happenings inside many a clamp down situation. I bet many of them have hidden rigs that they can communicate with in case of dire emergency. More power to these guys. They are the unsung heroes in dark times like these.

In retrospect it's hard to imagine that the "coup" would have been as disruptive and totalitarian as this is becoming. It's seeming more and more like the coup was simply an inside job to enable the actual coup, which is happening now.

Exactly. We're watching the creation of the next totalitarian dictator state. Erdogan is just getting started and the US has helped him along the way. I'm sure the timing of the events is entirely coincidental. /s

He is preparing a second Armenian genocide. First he must cripple the media and anything that can expose him to the outside world.
