Kinda sad that they're opening the game up for advertisers to create pokestops before they get around to allowing user submitted ones for under-served areas.
it makes perfect sense doing it this way. why add free stops of someone is willing to pay for them? I have a feeling rural and suburban players will be positively affected by this the most as savvy businesses know if they are in a poke-desert. once they sell what they can then they can give them away. if Niantic had done it the other way around no one would have faith in their ability to keep the game going long term.
