I would mock beginners at the gym misusing equipment... because wtf are they DOING?
-But, common sense has been slowly bred out for a while now - so it's like, nott der foult.

Well, cutting can get pretty tiresome tbf, not like there isn't a middle ground between having a six pack and being a ham though.

I prefer to just eat after my workday. A couple of cups of coffee in the morning, the rest of my calories between 5-8p.m. (water throughout the day). It's just how I prefer to eat, but people think I'm starving myself because I only 'eat dinner'.

I bring a little bag of dried fruit for my 12 hr shift, and everyone thinks I'm starving myself. No, I just eat a protein/fiber packed breakfast. I'm satisfied all day. I don't have time to sit down and eat a meal while dealing with opiate overdoses all day long.

http://i.imgur.com/ZGNv5eQ.jpg It was this picture being referred to. And, I honestly hadn't known that! That does sound like a rather unhealthy technique. TIL, 'Health at Every Sip' must be prioritized!
K-Mart? KMart-Shill...? It almost sounds as if...

What Kmart said is for photoshoots, yeah they do it. But I have a clearly visible six-pack all the time and absolutely don't starve or dehydrate myself to keep it.
In fact, I just finished my breakfast: mug of soy milk and coffee, bowl of cereal with soy milk, a bagel with hummus, and some strips of rice-paper bacon (made from Thai summer roll wrappers). Obviously starving /s

Firstly, isn't that the same guy in both pics? The comment says no offense to either.
Secondly, I think it's just another one of those HAES lines that grew from a tiny shred of truth - being that you need a fairly low bf% to have clear cut abs.

HAHAHA! That's the same person. He's a fitness instructor who gained a crapload of weight to show he could lose it again. He documented the whole thing and he became absolutely miserable with the weight gain; moody, his wife became concerned, he lost his sex drive, and it all in all sucked. Then he lost it all and felt great again. But yeah, fatty, he was definitely less healthy in the left pic.

"Beginners" at the gym come in two categories. Those who did some research and are novices, and those who wander in and shit all over everything because they couldn't do a second of research (even reading the damn machine). Only one of those groups gets my contempt. Why don't fats know this?
Oh, right. They don't do research, because they're lazy.
[–] Lostmyabilitytoeven 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Fats also don't last long enough at the gym to notice those differences. They like to talk about environments they've never set foot in.

Many times I do one set of exercises and an idiot who started at the same I did will have finished their whole routine by the time I'm done with my first. No struggle, no sweat, no form, no results. Bitches.

Guarantee she goes on to explain why it's ok to have a double standard for the two sexes.
