This is a dangerous precedent...
A judge in Virginia rules that people should have no expectation of privacy on their home PCs because no connected computer "is immune from invasion."
...
because no connected computer "is immune from invasion."
So on this pretense, because my home is not "immune from invasion" from the local PD, do I now have anymore expectation of privacy?

By this logic nothing is private, as your homes windows, door locks, lack of adamantium walls, roof, and floor do little to prevent a dedicated burglar. Is there some sort of process to remove idiot judges?
