As an American...I don't trust America anymore. :(

How is it even possible to trust a maniacal country with evil toys run by evil politicians, bankers, generals, etc?

To be fair, the last time we were on the "right" side of a military conflict, the year was 1945.

(American here) I just want someone in the high ranks of our leadership to say directly to us, as if a confession - 'We have failed you. We let our power get the best of us. We were once the hope of the world. Fear and greed have consumed us at the highest levels. We maybe never be that same beacon but we can change our path and begin to truly serve the American people not monstrous corporations and industries that devour our friends around the world. Please forgive our negligance of what was once so dear to our founder's hearts - a declaration shouting out towards true liberty and justice for all. Sisters and brothers of this wonderous world among worlds, forgive us.' - preferably signed President Barack Obama. That would be some real power. First speech is on the house Bam. ;)

America's biggest domestic policy problem: Even Americans don't trust their government anymore.
