I'm perfectly fine being open and working with ADVANCED countries. National pride is just something to split lines. You are just as proud of your country as everyone else around the world, we get it. But cultures that can't advance and assimilate(while being unique and offering something) should be locked out. USA, Japan, Canada, Australia etc. are all good. But you're from the middle east or another shit hole, you are in the outside until you get better and smarter.
Absolutely agree. You can't bring people from third world countries into first world countries and expect them to assimilate. Perhaps, at best, their offspring will assimilate.
People from third world countries generally have lower cognitive abilities compared to more advanced countries as a result of the environment in which they grew up.

Read The Percariat
Talks about how the globalization agenda has ruined the middle class, how flexibility has created a new class that has no job security.

Read The Percariat
Thanks.
The bilderberg group was alarmed after reading it
How so? This isn't sarcastic, I'm assuming. Were they alarmed because it was new knowledge, or was it that they were afraid the 'common' man was beginning to analyze their socioeconomic status in a new way?

Alarmed about the growing threat of the underclass rising up.
I think trump, sanders and brexit are points which push the resentment of globalization and the loss of job security and wages.

Thank you. Patriotism/nationalism is just letting your local bully take the lunch money instead. The only way I can take anything meaningful from this post is ala "You only need to hang mean bastards, but, mean bastards you need to hang". We are as much a part of the problem as any other nation (if not more) & dealing with our own Masters should be the impetus not fear of some alien other(s).

How does patriotism and nationalism equate to a bully?
Being a patriot and loving your country isn't an automatic ticket to an authoritarian. There have been plenty of strong leaders that weren't authoritarian.
George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, JFK to name a few..
