Yep, I know it frustrated me, especially when skyward sword didn't have a lefty mode, the mediocre motion control was made even worse with all my inputs being reversed. I can understand right handed being the default, but making it the only option was dumb. A lot of nintendo protags are left handed if I remember correctly, however most were made right handed for the wii, and I think Samus was for the prime games.

Never trusted Link because of his Devil's hand. Always looked shifty and I was always expecting him to crack and do something really evil.

Honestly, the leftphobia of Nintendo's current staff disgusts me. This is a literal act of violence against lefties like myself.
Tbh though I do wish they went back to making him left-handed once they dropped the motion-control excuse. It was a kind of nice little quirk that he was left-handed when most characters are not. I also wish they kept him left-handed when tinkering with motion controls, since it was a pain in the ass for me to play right-handed, but I guess it was nice for the right-handed majority that they switched him up for SS.

I think it was cool having a left handed link, gave left handed people a video game character without forced diversity for political reasons

Forced left handed diversity? It's not that deep, dude.

You don't know what kind of intolerance lefties have to deal with. Southpaw Justice Warriors assemble!
