I'm surprised they found someone with an actual non-controllable body issue to participate in this delusion.
Body acceptance should be about accepting things about your body that you can't control. It shouldn't be a cognitive tool to justify eating another hotdog.

Christopher McCandless accidentally paralyzed himself by eating the wrong kind of seeds in July 1992 after a lean month of hunting. Photos developed from his camera reveal that he was over 10% body fat at the time. He was estimated to have died some time in the last week of August 1992, of multiple organ failure resulting from low body fat.
