As long time seller (well, no longer there, but I had over year expirience) on G2A I can add few things about why G2A will continue going into very midly-legal at best side. First of all - G2A doesn't protect sellers from chargebacks. Not once, not ever. I was selling items that have around ~15% margin. That seems nice. Now image this item (40-50GBP item) is being chargebacked by scammy customer on paypal. G2A will then contact me and ask for proof that I really had this code, sold it to him, etc. I provide. Three months later case was still investigated by their "paypal expert" - if you're not familiar with PP i will tell you why this is bullshit; paypal case can take at worse 30 days, if it's not going to be resolved by you and other party, paypal will decide what to do. The end. It's not possible for case to take 3 months.

Even if you were chargebacked, G2A won't pay you back commision they're taking from each sale (around 9% + 0,35eur from each item), so you're loosing even more money. Because why not?

G2A require you to provide "proof of purchase" and proof of having codes you're selling. But they're not verifing it and procedures for people with feedback around ~60% is same as for people who have 99% and never sold not working code. So you can just send them fake invoice and you're good to go. You failed at it? Well, open new ticket and send new invoice. People with 60% feedback who're selling fraud keys are not banned, they can have THOUSANDS of sold keys on G2A and G2A won't react. Because they're getting their commision each way, even if customer make chargeback.

G2A shield is scam against it's customers, but there's already a lot of info about it on the net so I won't go into details, but; you can't cancel it anytime, only two days before it end, you need to follow TEN steps to cancel it and it's harder to do than authenticate 2000euro withdraw from site.

If anyone have any questions - feel free to ask. I will do my best to provide you info.

Hey, I run a weekly game news show and I'll be talking about this issue this week, I'm more than happy to include your input on the matter- so what you're saying is that while G2A provides a little protection for its customers, it doesn't protect people who are legitimately selling keys?

Indeed. I'll send you some screenshots from my "tickets" with them.
