Aw, it's ok. I live in Austin, where people are paradoxically fit/obsessed with fitness, yet very liberal (think almost-SJWs). I have almost no one to talk to. You can message me if you want lol
Also, I wish those mannequins had rolls to show what the clothing would look like. It would be universally horrible anyway, but still realistic.

yeah I go to a school that may or may not be private that's in a town close to you 😜. I'll tell you in a DM but idk how to do that because I'm bad at technology and don't wanna get doxxed 🙃.

I went to a store I wouldn't normally go to this weekend with some family members. I tried to make the best of it and see if anything in the men's section might be decent or even fit me. Nope. I saw some shorts on a standard male mannequin and thought they looked OK size-wise. Looking through the sizes the smallest was a 32" waist. Now, the mannequin looked like me and the shorts looked like they fit it properly, so surely they must carry that size? I tried to look at the size tag on those shorts and surprise, surprise, those shorts were a 32 but we're being pinned together to be able to fit the mannequin's waist. Wtf!

Vanity sizing is a plague. My dad wears a 33 and he definitely thinks that men's clothing has expanded over the years.
