Hi, we have similar stats and while I understand completely how you feel, I can guarantee you aren't fat. I'm 5'7, 127, and everyone tells me how skinny I am constantly and yet I can't see it. I just obsess over the last 5-10lbs I want to lose, if I have fat spilling out of my clothes, etc. I mean, I weigh myself 3-5x a day to make sure I'm not gaining weight, etc. However this isn't healthy. Standing in front of a mirror and wanting to cut off parts of your body isn't healthy, nor is obsessively measuring yourself. We should both work on that if possible, I think. I do hope you feel better though. If you ever need someone to talk to you can message me!

I don't know if this helps or not.

I lost more weight than I currently weigh, in about 18 months (2014-2015) and am now in maintenance. I was diagnosed with anorexia (not self diagnosed, diagnosed by both my therapist and psychiatrist) in January. More recently, they have added exercise addiction and body dysmorphic disorder. I still see myself as being twice as big as I currently am. I see women that are much bigger than I am and I think I'm the same size. And like you, I know my weight, I know my measurements (30-23-34) and I know what size I wear. It doesn't matter. Seeing some fucking cow makes me push myself harder and not always in a healthy way. I don't trust the mirror or photographs.

All I can say is that you are not alone.

We have nearly the same measurements, and your BMI is perfectly fine. You're nothing close to those landwhales! Don't let their own delusions affect you.

I am so sorry that you had to experience that this morning. I am upset for you.

I know the knee-jerk reaction is to restrict. I would like to encourage you to stay strong and resist that urge.

Please do not restrict any further.

You need to stick to a proper caloric intake (healthy foods good macros I'm sure you know what you are doing there😊) in order to heal properly from your ongoing medical problems.

Please do not let a chance encounter (as triggering as it was) to jeopardize your health.

I made an account and came out of lurking just to comment on your post-because I have been diagnosed with body dysmorphia and PTSD (shitty abusive relationship that my current shitlord husband is helping me overcome-yay) and I felt it was important to offer you some support.

Like you, I know my dress size and my BMI-I'm 5'6 and 132 pounds. My measurements are 34-26-36. I know how you feel-the mirror is a huge enemy for me because damn it the logical side of my brain KNOWS I am healthy but the disordered side says "why aren't you healthier" and my mirror says "gross". I have a pretty face and everything..but damn that mirror and the dysmorphia. Just know you're not alone and try try try to listen to your logic sometimes-try to listen to the numbers and not what you SEE. I say this and I don't heed my own advice, but still. I know it helps to sometimes know you aren't alone.

Further more, hearing fat fucks say this shit is absolutely mind boggling to me. No-I can hear you wheezing from 10 feet away-you are nowhere near a healthy BMI and my logic tells me that. Your logic tells you that too. These whales are just jealous of your health and jealous that you can go more than 2 steps without having to take a break. They're jealous that you can sit with more than one friend without fupa cheese sweating all over each other. Jealousy is a mighty ugly thing. Don't let it ruin your Saturday.

I adored Taiwan when I visited! It's a beautiful country. Just take it easy, you don't want to hurt yourself more. We all need to prioritize rest over exercise in some circumstances. You know what you can eat to maintain your weight. And Piggy 1 was just saying that in her mind, she's just as thin as you are- a delusion that obviously gets washed away when the circumference of an umbrella isn't enough to cover their damn stomachs.

Depending on the filling it could be more. Just the dumpling wrappers themselves range from 30 - 40 apiece at times. If we're talking 80/20 ground pork or beef, could easily be pushing between 90 - 120 apiece. And let's not get started on the sugary dipping sauces and sesame oil...

What on Earth can eat 30 dumplings in one sitting?

I remember that my grandma would make thirty dumplings to feed our family of six.
