Hey man I'm sure I am old by your standards (32) but I am curious what your times are for various distances. I recently started "learning how to run" since I never did that before and I was curious what a young man who has never gotten fat does for time vs distance.
Currently I am at 3 miles in 27 minutes which I think it was quite slow BUT when I started 6 weeks ago I couldn't even run a mile without being winded and my legs killed me the next day. Now a mile seems like a warm up, 2 miles I am really hitting my stride, 2.5 miles I start to feel the burn, 3 miles and I really need to stop. Today is my run day.
Hams never listen. The ones who stop what they're doing to approach and "educate" complete strangers are just plain nuts at that point and even if they did hear your words, their mind would warp them into insults or somehow confirming whatever message they're trying to say.

You. I like you.
Fats think their opinions are just so amazing and insightful that they have to share them with the world. Don't believe me? Just look a Tubblr. Just about every loud mouth obeast sub human femayo I know feel the need to either comment, blog, post or write a fucking essay about their thoughts and daily lives (this goes thrice for the obnoxious ones). I guess nobody ever told them their opinions aren't worth much.

Wow I wish shit like that happened to me when I went to practice. I would have a field day.
Off topic, what's your CC 5k PR?
