I was picking up some stuff at Walgreens yesterday, you know because I bathe regularly and need body wash. This ham was behind me in line and had at least 6 candy bars in its hand. I looked at it and rolled my eyes, my have said "what a fatty" under my breath. It then put back all the candy bars and only got a Diet Coke. Shitlording sorta works sometimes.

I'm taking a class at my local gym right now and the instructor actually gets it. At the end of every class she says, "My watch says I burned about 400 calories, you guys burned approximately that much, but this is not an excuse to go out and consume 400 calories. Eat only what was included in the food plan I handed out." I'm not sure if anyone is following her food plan, but it's great to hear her say this every single class.

I've had fats who learn I run 10ks every day ask "Wow you must eat a lot of food to recover!"
Nope. 10k barely earns you a sandwich. I usually kill any excess with a small protein shake I drink after to help build muscle, combined with a single serving of low fat Greek yogurt.

Bodybuilders and anyone that puts an iota of research into weight loss know that it's mainly from calorie restriction, as the age old saying goes "abs are made in the kitchen"

Carved in the gym, revealed in the kitchen

This 100% works. I actively use it and I constantly bash fats I see around my loved ones. 2 have actually taken steps towards a healthier life.

I just shitlorded my gf. She cried but she asked a specific question and I gave her a truthful answer. She hasn't paid attention to her physical self/weight over the last 4-5 months and it is taking its toll. I'm feeling less and less attracted to her and I told her so.

Girl Ham: "Does this dress make me look fat?"
Man Shitlord: "No your fat makes you look fat"
But honesty about this is the best policy, imo. They may cry & whine, but they will secretly respect you more for being honest and upfront. & if she doesn't... it's a sure sign to get a new girlfriend.

I had played the role of being passive about it for some time now... asking her to go biking... asking her to join me at the gym by my work... simply telling her about physical activity I was up to in hopes she would jump on the bandwagon. I also cooked some tasty and healthy dinners multiple times.
But she finally asked me a straight up question and fuck if I wasn't going to be blunt finally.
