If you give her accommodations for panic attacks, then they'll have to give them to every student. Having panic attacks is part of the student experience. Panic attacks make you get the fuck on with that lengthy assignment you've been putting off all semester that's due in 5 hours.

That is what teaches deadlines and real-world experience. It seems like these college students want to remain in a realm of perpetual babyish renewal where they can always blame others for their feelings and appeal to authority figures like deans or rules to invoke safety and unrealistic lack of consequences.
