I would imagine that daddy still not loving them even though they've got thousands of youtube subscribers is the biggest problem.

This is rather different, but editing. Since I've switched to subtitles, I can't crap out minorly edited content, and I want to do more visual jokes. I actually much prefer text commentary over voiced, so even though I could (I think I'm decent at blind, unscripted stuff) I wouldn't want to. Counters are not easily visually programmable.

I don't do those sort of things but my buddy does and for him he says that acting naturally (like himself) while playing is extremely tough to do simultaneously. So what he does is record gameplay and then he records his reactions in a way that seem pertinent to his personality and also to synchronize the two. He says before even starting a review he always writes his words down and what he wants to say first. Then, he organizes his ideas in the form of a draft that follow specific things that appeal to him in games and the proceeds based off of that.

i think i can answer this:

commenting and trying to do something skilled in the game simultaneously.

One thing that helps: if you don't have much to talk about, you can use text commentary instead.

If you aren't good at off the cuff comments, record your gameplay separate from your speaking. You can react naturally without having to try to pay attention to two different things. Not everyone just naturally talks when they're playing games.

It's pretty difficult to get viewers. I mean, as much as I spam my let's plays all over this site no one views them :(
