CICO, check. Increased exercise, check. 2 lbs a week lost (a decent enough number), check. The issue here is, one, no one wants to see your nasty body until it's human shaped, and two, these congratulation-seeking posts just lead to a sense of satisfaction, which leads to feeling like you're accomplished something you haven't. Take the progress pics by all means, just keep that nasty shit and your progress to yourself until you've actually accomplished something, like cutting down to a more reasonable weight for that height, so under 125. 178 at 5'1" is still fat as fuck.
Hey, at least it's not a fucking wrap thing...
WTF, I must be in a good mood, I'm normally far less rational.

She gained enough that she's going to look like shit even if she loses the weight.

I've seen after pics of hardbody gym rats that were about that "before" size without having a ton of obvious permanent effects. Really something that's "genetic"...for instance, I'm 5'10", 162 and never been obese, but I've got stretch marks all over the inner thigh area, and between my pecs and shoulders. If I got obese and lost it, I'd look like hell. Other people luck out and have very pliable skin and don't get stretch marks at all until they're VERY overweight. That is something that's actually genetic. She could well not look terrible when actually back to human size...but we both know she'll probably give up long before that.

Congratulations, you still look like a gross oversized baby. If you want pats on the back, become human. Until then, you're disgusting and deserve hatred. You should never have gotten fat in the first place anyway. Stop attention whoring and subjecting the internet to your sickening body.

Seriously
Even that cow printed fabric from the "before" is still on the floor in the "after" photo
This was taken 7 mins apart, tops
Is this cow trying to sell "it works" or something?

I don't understand posting 'progress pictures' when you can see none of the alleged progress..

i understand taking progress pictures for YOURSELF. when the patients in our office lose weight, they usually can't tell because they see their bodies every day, but when i see them 2x a month it's very obvious. so i can understand that taking pictures for YOURSELF to view PRIVATELY can help you stay motivated and let you know it's 'paying off.'
i just don't understand why they want everyone ELSE to see them and pat them on the back? being 50lbs overweight instead of 60lbs overweight isn't impressive.

Dude. When I first started losing weight, I didn't even think of CICO at first- all I did was lift weights every other day in a fairly easy whole body routine and I lost that much in 4 weeks. Guess I have better GUHNETICKS or something eyeroll.gif

You get to take a photo when you cross mile 26 of the marathon, not mile 0.5. Pathetic.
