Add a half cup of 4% cottage cheese, or even better a 3/4ths cup of skyr and you've got quite a bit of protein (~40g with the 4%, and ~50g with the skyr) in ~300 calories.

Goddammit, I still love your writing style! Thanks for the chuckle!

"Well", I say, "each Mississippi is about a tablespoon and a half worth of ranch. That's around 100 calories. Since I counted to 8, don't fucking tell me you're 'eating healthy' when you're about to enjoy some ranch soup."
I'm reminded of mayo soup.

Honestly, it's a wonder I'm still employed here, but, since this is an extra job, and I don't need the money, as long as I'm here, the shitlording will continue until BMI improves.
Fucking glorious, please continue and keep up stories when possible

I can't eat ranch at all. It's so overpowering that you can't taste anything else. I want to taste my salad and vegetables, dammit.

Agreed. I don't even really like any salad dressing. Maybe a wee bit of olive oil & balsamic, but a bowl of leaves all the way down to the bottom is perfectly satisfying. Not sure if that is weird. Don't care - love the taste of the unaltered veggies.

I love the fact you can measure the caloric impact of dressing based on the time. That's beauty right there, a true shitlord; you make me feel unworthy.

Where the fuck do you find good skyr outside of Iceland?

If you're in Canada, the President's Choice brand is actually rather decent. That's the one I get. There is also skyr.is at Whole Foods. That's one of the best brands, but I don't have a Whole Foods anywhere near me.
