OMG, I am so trying tuna and cucumbers next lunch! That sounds awesome. I hate wheat bread so I usually do an open faced tuna sandwich with tomatoes on sour dough toast but dipping cukes into tuna salad sounds delightful.

Add a half cup of 4% cottage cheese, or even better a 3/4ths cup of skyr and you've got quite a bit of protein (~40g with the 4%, and ~50g with the skyr) in ~300 calories.

OMG, brilliant! I like mustard and greek yogurt in mine. I gave up the mayo years ago. Sometimes I spice it up with hot pepper flakes.

An excellent gym motivation poster for sure. Put some fitlords/ladies on there for good measure.

How the fuck do people use that much ranch? Yeah ranch is kind of a low class dressing, but I like it. I use maybe 3 tablespoons max whenever I have it (but usually more like 1.5). The only way I would use over half a cup of dressing is if my salad contained like 2 entire bunches of greens (plus an appropriately scaled up amount of whatever other veggies).

Closest I ever come to ranch is greek yogurt style dressings. I have a hard time justifying ~40 calories per tbsp of dressing in my tuna salad, never mind double that. Especially when the lighter version tastes better.

Oh yeah, I actually only ever eat the "opa" brand greek yogurt ranch dressing, unless out out at a diner or something. I just think of it as normal ranch. It does taste better, I really like the yogurt one, but the full fat version is nice as an occasional treat. I don't keep it at home. With the yogurt one, I add a little dill and cayenne pepper to it. Yuussss.....I actually used to always make tuna salad with the "feta dill" flavor of the greek yogurt dressing. Just enough to hold it together which is like barely any, its super good.

I wished I have the extra time to have an extra job but it won't be good for my sanity and I'm in college so I'll just take my shitlording on my assignments instead. Nice shitlording there!

Honestly, I just do it for the extra cash (my taste in books and beer is expensive), and the cardio. Like, when 8 skids come in, and I only have 2 hours before my shift is over, I'm basically getting paid to do HIIT. It's awesome.

I love the fact you can measure the caloric impact of dressing based on the time. That's beauty right there, a true shitlord; you make me feel unworthy.

Yep. It's the equivalent of ordering a well marbled slab of wagyu well done.

People that order good steak and cook it past medium rare should be the first ones to be culled.

Your stories and story telling abilities are the best, ILY. "the shitlording will continue until BMI improves" was gold

Thanks!

I feel like I should put these together in an anthology, but I'm not sure if it would sell, rather than just get a bunch of 4XL panties in wads.

I bet at least a few of us here at FPH would buy copies! There is enough SJW hate out there that it would at least have a small chance of making it big, Milo style.
