Same weight, one inch taller. When I find a shirt that fits, I buy them in bunches because sizes have become meaningless. I have loose Smalls and snug Larges. A large is usually the right length but since designers assume butter barges are wearing them, they are too baggy to wear.

I'm similar size to you. Check out some Asian clothing manufacturers. I recently bought a bunch of shirts off Amazon from Asian clothing manufacturers and they seem to have a better fit than anything I've gotten from American companies.

I often buy from Asian clothing companies. Their measurements are usually reliable. Sometimes I have to take my husband's shirts in so that they can fit him. It's a jungle out there.

I'm 6'2 and 12 stone and the small fits me only the arms are too short. Try on a medium and even then the arms are too short, put on a large and i'm scared i'd lift of the ground with a strong gust of wind.
