I'm always split between sympathy for people that do have these kinds of genuine problems, and the fact that every shitlib in existence seems to have problums and condishuns that prevent them from taking responsibility for their mistakes, and themselves in general.
On Gaf, it's likely the latter.

Gaffots love self-diagnosing depression and anxiety. It's an easy way to turn their failures into a way that they can claim victim status.

Yep. It's just unbelievably pathetic. Unless you are majoring in engineering or one of the more difficult sciences, undergrad is a joke. Due to grade inflation, putting forth the bare minimum effort is enough to maintain a 3.0 GPA and never fail a single class.
And what's up with so many college aged Gaffots being depressed? They're going to really want to kill themselves when they get into the real world. College is a 4-6 year fantasy land for most people. You get all the perks of being an adult with none of the responsibility. Guaranteed this guy will make another thread in 2-3 years regretting being a friendless virgin working a dead end job and letting all of the opportunities college provides go to waste.

I realized yesterday why being a "nerd" has become "cool." Because it's another form of victimhood you can claim.
