It's worth to note that space is only ~100 km away, but still - that's a lot of fuel to move just one person from London to New York.

I'm not siding up with Leonardo, but air travel has grown much more fuel efficient in recent years. Yeah, yeah, I know private jet vs commercial yet, but still. How else is he supposed to get there? Being a public figure makes commercial travel more difficult.
