As harsh as it may be, they're just selling off excess inventory. Good Lord, have I become this cynical ?

If cluster bombs make people so pissy, why do they still put the country of origin on them?

if true, this doesnt make me like their dishonorable tactics. the discussion seems to be based on shaming countries using cluster munitions, so shame to them.

Saudi Arabia is not a signatory to the Ottawa (The Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction) Treaty. There is nothing illegal about Saudi Arabia using these types of weapons.

A British-manufactured cluster bomb. Now this Ottawa Treaty was slapped up on the 3 December 1997, and the Poms signed it off on the Jul 31, 1998. So if they made it, then shipped it before these dates; Not a problem... Yeah Right!!! Birds of a Feather, Flock of Cunts.

Area denial is not a dick move in war, in fact it is a vital element in fighting a war. I guess feels are more important than reals for you though.
