He was cleared of wrong doing, and rightly so. How about when a cop says keep your hands out of your pocket you do so, instead of acting like a nutter.

The cop would have immediately drawn his weapon if he felt that the victim's concealed hands were a threat. He drew his firearm as an act of intimidation when his demands weren't met.

Yes because he did nothing wrong. How is it so hard for adults to follow simple lawful commands keep you hands out of you pocket.
