A fat fuck did this at Kroger the other night: parked in the fire lane, turned on its emergency flashers, and went inside the store. All to avoid walking another 15 feet (no, it didn't have a handicapped plate).

Well, the friction from their thighs rubbing can start fires, and if this picture was taken in California, we don't want them walking outside anymore than necessary.

Well, gee........ What’s a poor fat supposed to do when all the handicapped parking spaces are already taken?

They might not even be taken, just too far still.

Storytime!
A few years back, I was working at a Walmart Supercenter. About 99% of the time when you looked at the parking lot, there were cars of fats lined up in the fire Lane, despite the multiple signs advertising that it was a tow away zone and illegal to park there. One day, I was working with LP and a cop came in to apprehend our thief. After putting the guy in his cop car, he wrote out a ticket for each car and even called a tow company, who came quickly and started rushing cars off to their lot before he left. There was a good 15 cars along there. I stood outside and watched as they did. A few people came out in time to move their cars and leave before the towers got to them, but they took about half the cars.
The next day I was greeted with the information that all of the ticketed and towed people complained to Walmart, who paid for their tickets, towing bills, and gave them $50 gift cards for their trouble.
And yet, they'd expect the firemen and paramedics to come save them in an emergency but block them off from being able to help them!
Are you freaking serious? If I found that out, I would start hunting for those cars. Fire lanes, disabled parking, driving on the shoulder of a road when there's traffic, and other similar violations, are selfish, better-than-thou actions that have the potential to hurt a lot of other people.
Knowing that they can 'get away' with an action like that is merely going to encourage them.
I would be hunting them too, but we have to have a contract with the business owner unless contacted by the police about it. Unfortunately, I can't just tow them for it unless someone complains because we don't contract with them. Otherwise, I'd make bank just chilling at Walmart and waiting for people.

Catering to fats. Good business decision I guess, but it just leads to more and more entitlement. They actually did something illegal, are penalized, and then get rewarded.

I always park all the way at the back. I get to avoid all the cows trying to park at the front.
