As an atheist, people assume I am always consuming the flesh of the living. This is not true.
There is no lack of morals within the atheist community, we live our lives normally and no one even knows we are atheists until we let them know. It often makes us outsiders and we are pushed out of events and locations where theists feel we are a threat to them. It is really quite depressing to see their ignorance and occasional violence towards us. It almost entirely stems from religious leaders regularly stating as though fact that we are some kind of monster.
I can relax and enjoy a cool tea. There is nothing that prevents me from enjoying the occasional hamburger. I eat bacon. I am normal, just like anyone else. I have regularly drank the blood of the living, and the eyeballs of the fresh born are great, but that does not mean that is all I do.
They're just prejudiced against us because of their ignorance.

TEXAS:
not everyone has an oilrig in their backyard
we don't all ride horses around
and no... we don't all live in Dallas or near the Alamo.

Canada. I was once asked by an American if we actually ride Moose to school during Winter. I thought he was joking though until he asked me questions about how we have stables and shit. Moose are fucking rare. They're not a common sight like squirrels. Although that'd be pretty damn bad ass, no, we have cars and buses.

We don't ride horses to school in Texas. As much as I want to we can't. Also my 10 gallon hat actually holds 12 gallons

Texas, the slogan "don't mess with Texas" is actually a anti litter campaign. But it ended up making everyone a bit scared of the gun toting state.

"Don't make a mess of Texas" would have conveyed that point so much better. It's like they wanted it misconstrued.
