It's more difficult than I think you think it is. Teespring only handles clothing and stickers. They'd have to branch out to another company or strike up a deal with a manufacturer to do some of the things you're suggesting. Which means less time actually developing the site. In these cases they have no control over currency options, etc. So you're probably asking too much of them as it stands.

I don't really need more crap in my life. I'd be happy with an anonymous donation option that isn't bitcoin. But if people want to buy stuff I don't see a problem with that. Especially when one can buy a container full of branded keychains and shit for nothing from China. So not a huge investment. And if they sell it on amazon they'll do the housing of the shit.
