Me too. Wtf. They aren't gonna see that kid live to 5.

Indeed, and where they to live a 100 or more, would the dad be running around with the kid playing when he's 90 and the kid around 10? They say there's no brothers or step-brothers to help/take over.
What's this? Condemning a child to take care of his elderly parents who will die before he's an adult and then he's on his own? In the modern world? Because the parents want to fill a void in their life and a dog or charity doesn't cut it? That's cruel.
And the doctor who apparently is specializing in these cases?
It seems like they should get rid of this law maybe though:
In Indian law they don’t allow adoption after 45 years of age.

This was not a normal birth. It was IVF procedure using donor eggs. She just hosted the pregnancy.

Lololol. Is a normal birth after 70 possible??
I get that they used donor eggs and had assistance getting pregnant, but they are still parents at 70. They weren't surrogates.

I guess it is, but I can't imagine anyone doing it. But then, it's India. The originating country of news of the weird ;-)
IMHO, it was a crazy move on their part and I hope they have replacement parents lined up for when they kick off.
