Paradox.
A bunch of post-grad MIT students invent time travel. They send one of the team forward an hour. He comes back minutes later, saying the machine must be destroyed or they will all die.
Then again, I'm a big fan of time travel movies, so your mileage may vary.

Not trolling. Note the last statement there.
I'm not exactly picky when it comes to movies. Hell, I actually enjoy shit like Sharknado and other shlock-fests like Pteracuda.
I don't need every movie to be Citizen Kane.

The Friends of Eddie Coyle I think. I've watching Mitchum and McQueen flicks lately for some reason.

Funny you say that, the last couple of movies I really enjoyed were 'Papillon'(McQueen) and 'Heaven Knows, Mr. Allison'(Mitchum)

High Planes Drifter. An excellent Clint Eastwood Western. He directed it as well as stars. It's on Canadian Netflix, not sure about other regions.

I had never seen the original Red Dawn so I watched that last night. Holy shit. Great great movie, the new one couldn't touch it

lol funny story: my brother and i and our friends saw the original when we were kids and we'd go around reenacting the movie outside, really cheesy now that i look back, we'd pretend our families were dead "it's just us now!" and yell "wolverines!" and basically run around the woods like a bunch of idiots

My highschool's actual mascot was the wolverines so that movie was a bit of a big deal for us, we referenced it all the time.

I watched it during my formative years, and even now, years later, when I hear a helicopter flying low, my brain always minutely fears the Ruskies are coming to take our guns.

If you like slow, psychological horror films I'd reccomend Let The Right One In, Under The Skin and Cure by Kiyoshi Kurosawa.
